POLICE are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a man, woman and two children missing in Sydney.
Neville Kerslake, 50, Nicole Boyle, 36, and her two children Luke and Hayleigh, aged 11 and 12 left their home on Willarong Road in Caringbah South around 4.30pm on Thursday.
Police say they hold serious concerns for their welfare as they haven’t been seen or heard from since and issued an Amber Alert for the family on Friday afternoon.

Luke is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a thin build and about 105cm tall while his sister, Hayleigh is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a very thin build and about 150cm tall.
Their mother Nicole is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a large build, about 155cm tall with brown eyes and brown hair.
Meanwhile, Neville Kerslake, 50, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a medium build, about 175cm tall with brown eyes and grey hair.
Police believe the family may be travelling in a blue 2005 Ford Falcon with NSW registration DNJ 48E and may be in the southern part of NSW.
Police are asking the public to be on alert and report any sightings of the children, woman, man or vehicle.
Anyone who spots the children, woman, man or their vehicle is urged to call 000 immediately.
