Missing 11-year-old girl found “safe and well” almost 17 hours after vanishing

UPDATE 12.40 PM | AN 11-year-old girl who suffers from a medical condition has been found safe and well, almost 17 hours after disappearing from her home at Pimpama.

The little girl was wearing her blue and white winter pyjamas when she went missing from her John Crescent home around 8pm on Saturday.

Thankfully, she was found shortly after police issued a public appeal, urging residents in the area to search their properties and yards for the youngster.

UPDATE 12:20 PM | POLICE are urging residents to search their yards for a missing 11-year-old girl in Pimpama.

She’s been missing for more than 16 hours after vanishing from her John Crescent home around 8pm on Saturday.

Anyone with any information that could assist police is urged to come forward and call Policelink on 131 444.

FIRST at 10:50 AM | POLICE are seeking urgent help to find an 11-year-old girl missing on the Gold Coast.

The young girl was last seen on John Crescent at Pimpama around 8pm on Saturday.

She suffers from a medical condition and has not been seen or heard from for more than 15 hours.

She was wearing blue and white long sleeve pyjama pants and top at the time she disappeared.

Anyone with any information that could assist police is urged to come forward and call Policelink on 131 444.
