Police are asking for our help, as they search for a missing Upper Coomera teenager.
The 14-year-old boy suffers from a medical condition and was last seen on Tuesday at Southport and is still believed to be in the area.

He’s described as Caucasian with a slim build, brown eyes and shaven brown hair.
