Police looking for teens who crashed car into Gold Coast house

Police are investigating after a four-wheel-drive, believed to be driven by teenagers, crashed into a house at Currumbin Waters overnight.

Just before midnight, the vehicle was travelling along north along Gallenon Way when the driver lost control, causing it to run into a fence before flipping down an embankment and crashing into a house in Keegan Circuit.

All of the occupants of the vehicle then fled, but a 14-year-old boy was detained by a resident nearby until police arrived.
