A Queensland police officer is facing criminal charges for allegedly warning a drug dealer an informant was giving authorities information about him.
The Crime and Corruption Commission says the 37-year-old constable, from the policing region that covers Logan and the Gold Coast, unlawfully disclosed the name of an informant on two occasions.

He also allegedly failed to act on information the informant gave him.
He’ll face four criminal misconduct charges when he faces Brisbane Court on November 12.
