VIDEO: Police on the hunt for ‘Grinch’ who stole inflatable Santa from NSW home
New South Wales police have released CCTV footage of a man they have dubbed ‘The Grinch’ after he stole a large inflatable Santa from a Christmas light display.
The theft occurred around 10.30pm Sunday 20 December, with police releasing a pun-filled statement accompanied by footage in the hope the public may identify the thief.
“Police are ho-ho-hoping the public can help identify a man who stole a large inflatable Santa from a display on William Street, Port Macquarie,” a police statement read.
“Police from Mid North Coast LAC – NSW Police Force are keen to get their Claus on this alleged Grinch.”
