Police raid home following alleged gang rape of teen at party in 2012

Police have executed a warrant at a home in Hazelbrook today following the alleged aggravated sexual assault of a teenage girl by a group of males in 2012.

A teenage girl has told police she attended a party on Landseer Road, Hazelbrook, on Friday 26 October 2012.

The girl, who was 15-years-old at the time, was approached by four male teens, who all allegedly sexually and indecently assaulted her.


Inquiries led detectives from the Blue Mountains Local Area Command and the State Crime Command Sex Crime Squad to execute a warrant at the home on Landseer Road, Hazelbrook at 9.30am today Tuesday 22 December.

The warrant is currently underway at the location. No arrests have been made at this time.

Blue Mountains Local Area Command Crime Manager, Detective Inspector Dietmar Almer, investigations continue, police are appealing for anyone that has information about it, to come forward.

“We will continue to thoroughly investigate all avenues of inquiry and will follow up on information received.
