Police release images of man wanted over failed Logan hold up

QUEENSLAND Police have release images of a man they would like to speak to as they continue to investigate an attempted armed robbery in Logan.

The man is accused of approaching a 28-year-old Holland Park man in his car outside a Brown Plains shopping centre on the night of September 29.

The offender pulled out a knife and demanded the victim hand over his phone before stealing his car keys.

Two witnesses saw what was going on and ran over the help, forcing the offender to drop the keys and run off.

The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 176cm tall, with light/blonde hair. He was wearing a black jumper and black trousers.

Anyone who may recognise the man, or who has any information in relation to the incident, is urged to contact police.
