Man chased with hand saw during alleged road rage attack on M1

TWO vehicles are believed to have been involved in a terrifying road rage incident at Helensvale this afternoon.

Police rushed to the scene northbound on the M1 just before exit 62 (Smith Street) following reports a man was chasing another man around with a hand saw.

Earlier reports suggest one vehicle was rammed off the road by another, which sparked the violent altercation.
