Two kids missing from Tweed Heads found safe and well

UPDATE @ September 16 | Both kids have been located safe and well.

EARLIER @ September 15 | Police are calling on help from the public to locate two kids missing from Tweed Heads.

A 12-year-old boy went missing from South Tweed Heads Skate Park around 10.00am yesterday.

Family was unable to locate him at the time, and later reported him missing to police.

Tweed police are now investigating, and appealing for help from the public to locate him.

Family and police are concerned for his welfare.

While police are also looking for a 13-year-old girl, who was reported missing from September 12.

She was last seen around 12.30pm at West Tweed Heads, and was unable to be located by family members at the time.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare.

Anyone with information about either child is being urged to contact police immediately.

Be professional call them children not kids. Missing children is serious.
