Police seek witnesses to unit fire-bombing in Melbourne’s north

Police are investigating after a unit was fire-bombed in Melbourne overnight.

Officers say a molotov cocktail was thrown at the Austen Crescent property in Pascoe Vale, in the city’s north, just after 10.30pm on Saturday.

Police say the front unit, which is one of a block of three, was damaged in the attack.

There was only one person home at the time and they were not injured, police said.
