Alex Bernhardt from Nine Gold Coast News said the 62-year-old man was assisting police with their enquiries.

It’s understood today’s arrest was linked to a much wider drug syndicate operating across southeast Queensland which allegedly has ties to Criminal Motorcycle Gangs.

Nine Gold Coast News said today’s arrest wouldn’t be the last.
