Police to search GC suburb for clues into Dufty murder
Police and SES crews will scour a Gold Coast suburb today, as their investigation into the disappearance and alleged murder of Gold Coast father Greg Dufty deepens.
Greg Dufty disappeared on July 6 after boarding a Mack truck heading to the Gold Coast hinterland.
He was last seen at Mt Nathan after being dropped off to a second waiting vehicle on Nathan Homestead Road.
Police have long believed the 37-year-old met with foul play and have since charged three men with his murder.
Detectives will today comb through the Gold Coast suburb of Oxenford searching for the weapon used in the alleged murder.
