Police uncover stolen jewellery at Parkwood

TWO Parkwood men have been arrested and charged after police uncovered stolen jewellery at a Parkwood address yesterday.

Officers from the Gold Coast Major and Organised Crime Squad are now seeking the public’s assistance to help locate the owners of jewellery.

The jewellery including rings, necklaces, and watches is believed to have been stolen from residences on the Gold Coast over the past month.

Investigators have been unable to identify the owners of the jewellery and have released images of the items with the hope of reuniting the items with their rightful owners.

The items of jewellery can be viewed online or locals can see a printed copy of the property at their local police station.

The men have been arrested and charged with burglary and stealing. They are expected to appear before the Southport Magistrates Court in the coming weeks.
