Popular baby sleepbag recalled

A popular baby sleepbag is being recalled over fears it may pose a strangulation hazard.

In a statement, The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission urged parents to stop using the Plum Bamboo 3.0 TOG Sleepbag immediately.

“The stitching on the inner of the sleeping bag may separate from the sock, creating loose strands,” the statement reads.

“The stitching may detach, resulting in an entrapment or strangulation hazard.”

Baby recall

Anyone who purchased the sleepbag sold between 3rd March 2016 – 20th June 2016, have been advised to return it to their place of purchase for a full refund.
