Pregnant woman’s fiancé charged with her stabbing murder

A 38-year-old man will appear in court today, charged with the murder of his heavily pregnant fiancée.

Shortly after midnight Tuesday 22 September 2015, Kirralee Paepaerei’s body was discovered by her 15-year-old son at their home on Chester Street, Mount Druitt.

It’s believed the 37-year-old woman was 7-months pregnant.


The woman’s partner, a 38-year-old man, handed himself into Mount Druitt Police Station, suffering non-life-threatening injuries.

He was arrested and taken to Nepean Hospital for treatment. He was released from hospital earlier today and was taken to Mount Druitt Police Station where he was charged with murder.

He was refused bail and is due to appear at Mount Druitt Local Court today.
