Pub patrons forced to lie on floor during frightening armed robbery
PATRONS enjoying a drink at a Brisbane pub overnight have been forced to lie on the floor during a frightening armed robbery.
Two masked thieves entered the Jindalee Hotel on Monday night armed with a gun and knife.
The pair threatened and staff and forced patrons to lie down on the floor as they ransacked the premises.
The thieves got away with cash in a stolen Mercedes-Benz SUV, which was found torched nearby a short time later.
The pair remain on the run.
