Their bodies were found on Sunday, before Chris was then tracked down near Sydney.
Police say he stopped on the Gold Coast on Saturday night, and are still calling for dashcam footage of a white Rav4 seen in Southport.
Puglia will face Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today on two counts of domestic violence related murder and unlawful use of a motorvehicle.
