A Queenslander has been given the world’s BEST job (according to us), and you’re going to be so jealous when you hear it.
21-year-old Zach Gracie – a mathematics student from Brisbane – has just started spending his 9-5 taste testing GARLIC BREAD.
You read it right, Domino’s has appointed a Chief Garlic Bread Taste Tester and WHY-OH-WHY wasn’t it me!?

Apparently Zach presented some really ‘outside the box’ ideas in his video application, from Macaroni Garlic Bread to Triple Choc Brownie Garlic Bread, which gave him the lead on over 7,500 applicants.
When asked how he did it, he told 1029 Hot Tomato’s Flan, Emily Jade and Christo that he’s just really into it.
“It’s just that I’ve had more experience than the average person.
“I’ve looked into a bit more stuff that the average – I like to think about it more than the average Joe,” he said.
And he’s PROMISED to deliver that expert knowledge to the rest of the country.
“It’s not a responsibly I take lightly, and I won’t let Australia down!”
Domino’s Culinary and Innovation Chef Michael Treacy said it was a difficult selection process.
“I’ll be honest – with so many amazing applicants it was tough to choose just one.
“But Zach demonstrated an incredible knowledge of garlic bread that far exceeds that of your average garlic bread consumer.
“He was familiar with garlic breads even I didn’t know existed… truly broadening our horizons and offering immense value to the business.
“We look forward to welcoming him to Domino’s Head Office and getting his valuable feedback on one of our most iconic menu items,” Mr Treacy said.
