A Logan man has been charged with killing a man, who was found beaten at a home just over the border.
Dennis Dalton was found with severe head injuries near Lismore in 2013, and passed away in the Gold Coast University Hospital a few weeks later.
Strike Force Headley was established to investigate the circumstances around the death, and after a coronial inquest last year, the matter was referred to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A 39-year-old was arrested in Holmview in Queensland just after 7.30am yesterday.
He’s been taken to the Brisbane Watchhouse and has since been extradited to New South Wales.
He was formally charged with murder at Lismore Police Station yesterday, and will appear in court today.
Police will allege that Mr Dalton and the 39-year-old were involved in a fight on Churchwood Place in Goonellabah the morning his body was found back in 2013.
