A Queensland man has been extradited to NSW over the sexual assault of a young boy known to him.
Police allege the now 29-year-old man sexually assaulted a 7-year-old boy whilst visiting his home on the NSW Central Coast in 2009.
Investigators from the Child Abuse Squad arrested the man in Rockhampton on Wednesday before he was extradited to NSW.

He was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, victim under 16.
The man appeared at Central Local Court yesterday where he was refused bail to appear at the same court next Tuesday.
