31-year-old Hall, an alleged debt enforcer, died from a gunshot wound to his torso.

He was dumped outside Tweed Heads District Hospital and died shortly after.

Police found Becker’s car at a service station south of Brisbane.

Detective Inspector Wayne Starling said Becker has no known bikie links and Mr Hall’s death appeared to be unrelated to a brawl between rival bikie gang members in Tweed Heads last week.

The investigation into Mr Hall’s death is ongoing and anyone with information is being urged to contact police.
