A teenage girl has been rushed to hospital after being bitten by a snake at Oakey.
The girl was reportedly bitten on Hamlyn Road around 10.15am.
She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Oakey Hospital in a stable condition.
It is not yet known where the girl was bitten or what species of snake was involved.
