Qld toddler injured in kangaroo attack
A toddler is recovering after being attacked by a kangaroo at Hervey Bay yesterday.
Paramedics raced to a private home at Point Vernon around 4.00pm after receiving reports a young girl had been injured by a kangaroo.
The child was treated at the scene for scratches to her chest and face before being taken to Hervey Bay hospital in a stable condition.
