Queen to bring Stadium tour to the Gold Coast!

Following the huge success of their biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, Queen has today announced they will be bringing their Rhapsody Tour down under next year.

Original band members Brian May and Roger Taylor are set to join Adam Lambert on vocals for six performances at stadiums across the country in February 2020.

Completing the tour line-up will be long-term collaborator Spike Edney on keyboards, Neil Fairclough on bass, and Tyler Warren on percussion.

Gold Coast fans won’t have to travel far to see the iconic band perform, with Queen to hit the stage at Metricon Stadium in Carrara on Saturday 29 February 2020.

Roger Taylor said the band was thrilled to be able to bring the tour down under. “We are ready for Australia and raring to get back with our new show.”

Adam Lambert added, “We have a brand-new visual spectacle that will reframe these iconic songs and we are excited to reveal the show to Australian fans!”

While Brian May said, “This is a great opportunity. Our last tour featured our most ambitious production ever and got us our best notices ever. So we decided to rip it apart and get even more ambitious! Watch out, Australia!”
