Queen to miss remembrance service over back sprain

There are more fears for the Queen’s health after the monarch was forced to miss an important remembrance service in the UK.

Buckingham Palace released a statement on Sunday, saying that the Queen has suffered a sprained back and wouldn’t be able to travel.

The remembrance service, which commemorates Britain’s war victims, was set to be the Queen’s first public appearance in more than three weeks.

That’s after she spent a short time in hospital for an unspecified illness, and was told to rest at home rather than attend the Climate Summit in Glasgow.

This is only the seventh time the Queen will miss this ceremony during her 69-year reign.
