POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding a crash which killed a Queensland man in northern NSW on Friday night.
The accident happened along the Bruxner Highway near Yetman, around 100 kilometres north of Inverell, at around 10.40pm.
Police said a utility travelling west along the highway left the road and flipped into a tree.

Sadly, the driver, a 22-year-old man from Queensland, died at the scene.
As investigations into the cause of the crash continue, police are urging witnesses to come forward.
