Strike force detectives, assisted by the Queensland Police Service’s Homicide Squad, arrested a 61-year-old man at a home at Redcliffe, around 30 minutes north of Brisbane at a little after 1:00PM on Tuesday.

He has been taken to Brisbane Police Watch House where he will be issued with an arrest warrant for murder.  Attempts will be made to extradite the man to NSW.
