Race against ORICA-GreenEDGE at the Bravehearts Time Trial

They call it the ‘race of truth’, nowhere to hide just you, your bike and the clock and its coming to Queensland on November 30.

Join representatives from ORICA-GreenEDGE and a bunch of amateur cyclists in the 2014 Bravehearts Time Trial, an event to raise funds for Australian children affected by sexual assault.

All riders aim to raise $1000 for Bravehearts which will help fund counselling and education programs for Aussie kids.

There are some great prizes on offer for the highest fundraisers, including a state-of-the-art Scott Bike. Be one of the first 50 riders to register and you will go into the draw to win a signed, framed Robbie McEwen cycling jersey.

Bravehearts will again team up with event partner ORICA-GreenEDGE for this exciting 43km replica pro cycling event contested through the picturesque Samford Valley, just west of Brisbane

Bravehearts Founder and CEO Hetty Johnston encourages Gold Coasters to jump on board.

“We hope the Gold Coast cycling community will really support this fundraising event and assist Bravehearts as we continue to educate, empower and protect Australian children against sexual assault,” she said.

“Bravehearts has a vision to make Australia the safest place in the world to raise a child by 2020 and we can achieve this, but we’re relying on community support and events like this make a real difference.”

The Bravehearts Time Trial will cater for teams and individual riders and will include many of the features of a professional time trial, such as ramp start, motorbike cameras and timing gates.

This is a race for the growing number of serious cyclists who are taking up the sport and want to test themselves against the best riders in the world.

Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to compete against the best while raising money for Australian kids.
