Razor recalls popular electric Ripstik boards

Electric Razor Ripstik boards have been recalled over safety fears.

In a recall notice posted on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website, the company says the Ripstiks have been pulled from sale because “the rear wheel may stop rotating and lock up while in use.”

“If the rear wheel locks up, the rider may fall, posing as an injury hazard,” the recall notice reads.
