The Australian Federal Police are appealing for help from the public to locate a wanted Slovenian national believed to be in Australia.
Joze Smit (aka Joza Smit and Joseph Smit) is the subject of an Extradition Arrest Warrant for charges relating to an alleged child sex offence.
An age progression image of the 56-year-old has been released today by AFP in the hope someone may recognise him.

Smit was last seen in Melbourne in 2014, with information provided to police suggesting he had intended to work in mines, presumably in Western Australia or western areas of Queensland or NSW.
People who may be friends or relatives of Smit, or have any information on his current whereabouts, are urged to come forward, however police have warned members of the public not to approach Smit if they see him.
