Woman in serious condition after being hit by bus at Logan

UPDATE: AN elderly woman is in a serious condition after being hit by a bus at Logan.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on Wembley Rd at Logan Central around 11.24am following reports a woman was trapped under a bus.

Paramedics treated the woman at the scene, before she was transported to the Princess Alexandra in a serious condition.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on Wembley Rd at Logan Central around 11.24am following reports a woman was trapped under a bus.

Paramedics are currently at the scene treating the woman, however her extent of injuries are currently unknown.

Motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
