Rifle, shotgun, bullets and boat stolen off farm

TWO guns, a stash of bullets, and a boat have been stolen from a rural property in Swan Bay, near Port Stephens on Thursday.

Police say the items were nicked from the Swan Bay Road property sometime between 5.30pm Thursday and 6.30am Friday.

A .22 rifle, a shotgun, ammunition and an army green coloured ‘duraplast’ two-seater boat with an outboard motor were stolen during the burglary.


The residents were not home at the time of the incident.

Investigations into the incident are continuing and police are urging anyone with any information to come forward.
