THE ROBINA Town Centre shooter will be sentenced on Wednesday, after being found guilty in the Brisbane Supreme Court.
MARK JAMES GRAHAM was found guilty on Tuesday over the 2012 shooting that injured bikie associate Jacques Teamo and innocent shopper Kathy Devitt.
Graham’s lawyers argued he acted in self defence but the prosecution argued he intended to kill Teamo.

Jurors took just six hours to agree with the prosecution following a week-long trial.
He faces a maximum sentence of life behind bars for attempted murder, although there’s some reports he could get just 10-17 years.
He’s also being found guilty of unlawful wounding of Ms Devitt and possessing a handgun.
