SA: Elderly driver killed in car crash
AN ELDERLY woman has been killed after her car crashed into a tree near Morgan in the Riverland yesterday.
The crash happened on the Goyder Highway, one kilometre outside of Morgan, just after 3.30pm.
Sadly, the 84-year-old female driver and sole occupant of the car died at the scene.
The Goyder Highway was closed between the Morgan-to-Burra and Pipeline Road’s as Major Crash investigators examined the scene.
