SA: Man, 64, killed in Adelaide car crash

A MAN aged in his 60s has died after his car ploughed into a power box in Adelaide’s western suburbs on Sunday afternoon.

The man, believed to aged 64, is thought to have suffered a medical episode in the moments before losing control of his car and crashing it at the intersection of Frederick and Grange Road’s at Seaton.

He was treated at the scene by paramedics but died a short time later. A passenger in the car was treated for shock at the scene.

Investigations into the cause of the accident are underway, with initial reports suggesting the driver may have blacked out behind the wheel before losing control.
