SA: Man punched, threatened with knife at fast food restaurant

A MAN has been assaulted and threatened with a knife at a fast food restaurant in South Australia overnight.

Police were called to the Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge fast food restaurant just after 2.30am when staff reported a disturbance between two male customers.

Police will allege that one of the men punched the other and threatened him with a knife.

It remains unclear what sparked the drama, but fortunately no one was injured.
