Sandra Bullock has adopted another child, this time a little girl called Laila.
The Oscar winner told People magazine her five-year-old son Louis was the driving force behind the adoption of the 3-year-old from Louisiana.

“Louis spearheaded this whole journey,” the 51-year-old told the publication. “I did remind him that it could be either a brother or a sister and that we would be so lucky to have either one. He did specify that he wanted a sibling who has some brown skin.”
Laila was in the foster care system and had been living with Sandra and Louis for a while before her adoption was finalised.
“I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time,” Bullock continued. “When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here.”
