Are you SE Queensland’s mystery $10 million powerball winner?!

If you purchased a ticket into last night’s Powerball you may just be waking up $10 million richer!

The jackpot landed in South-East Queensland last night, but the mystery winner is yet to come forward.

Golden Casket officials say the winning entry was not registered to a Winners Circle card so they have no way to contact the lucky ticketholder to deliver the dream-come-true news.

Golden Casket spokesperson Matt Hart said the winning ticket was purchased in Springwood.

“If you bought an entry in last night’s Powerball draw in Springwood, there’s more than 10 million reasons why it would pay to check, and double check, your entry,” he said.

“Imagine winning more than $10 million dollars but not knowing it!  Discovering you’re now a multi-millionaire is bound to change your plans for the weekend!

“We’re putting the call out to help track down our mystery winner and share the happy news with them.  The winning ticket may have been stashed away for safekeeping in a wallet, the car glovebox or be hiding in plain sight on the fridge door!”

The winning numbers were 39, 17, 36, 35, 27 and 33, while the all-important Powerball was 7.
