Search underway for two men missing after trawler capsizes
A major air and water search is currently underway for two men missing after their trawler capsized.
Police say the trawler was last seen at around 3.00am today approximately 5 nautical miles off Waddy Point, Fraser Island and was located at 6.45am overturned.
The air and water search consists of 10 trawlers, a helicopter, two volunteer marine rescue units and an AMSA Dornea fixed wing aircraft.
