A second teenager has been charged after allegedly forcing another teenager to strip off his clothes on a train in Western Sydney.
The 16-year-old alleged victim was travelling between Quakers Hill and Seven Hills about 11.30pm on October 2 when confronted by three males and ordered to strip down to his underwear.
The trio allegedly cut holes in the boy’s clothes and blocked his exit at Seven Hills train station.

He managed to get off at Pendle Hill station and sought help.
A 16-year-old boy was charged over the incident on Tuesday, with a second accused youth arrested on Wednesday afternoon.
He has been charged with robbery in company and granted conditional bail to appear before Children’s Court on November 26.
