Senior Constable charged over alleged domestic violence incident
A Senior Constable with the NSW Police Force has been charged with several serious offences following an alleged domestic violence incident last month.
The offences are alleged to have occurred at a licensed premises during the early hours of Sunday 22 May.
On Wednesday, the male Senior Constable was served a Future Court Attendance Notice for the offences of common assault (domestic violence), affray, intimidation, malicious damage, offensive behaviour, fail to quit licensed premises, and excluded person re-enter licensed premises.
The officer is attached to a specialist command in the Western Region.
He is due to front Broken Hill Local Court on Tuesday 26 July.
