Seven people in horror three car crash on South Australian highway

At least one person has been airlifted to hospital and six others are believed to have been injured following a horror three-car crash on a major highway in South Australia.

The accident happened along the Port Wakefield Road at Dublin, north of Adelaide, on Sunday afternoon.

Seven people were reportedly involved in the smash, with at least one of them being airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

Southbound lanes have been closed while the scene is examined and the wreckage is cleared.

The condition of the other six people involved in the collision remains unclear.
