Channel 7 has secured the free-to-air rights to the first seven seasons of The Big Bang Theory.
The deal means Seven’s rival network Nine will no longer be able to play replays of the popular sitcom, which it has done for many years.
From October, Seven will roll out seasons one to seven on its main channel and digital channel 7mate. In 2016, Seven will take the rights to air season eight.
