Severely burned kitten dumped on RSPCA doorstep

A SEVERELY burned kitten has been dumped on the doorstep of an RSPCA shelter in Canberra.

The cat, believed to be aged between six and nine months old, was left in a red milk crate by a man and woman just after 6.00pm Thursday.

The adorable white feline suffered severe burns to 30 percent of her body in an attack that the RSPCA believe may have been deliberate.

The kitten is now in the care of the RSPCA and is making a great recovery, however RSPCA investigators are determined to speak to those pictured.
