Another festival has been announced for the Gold Coast – with New Zealand’s ‘One Love’ coming our way next year.
The hip-hop and reggae festival will make it’s Australian debut at the Broadwater Parklands on February 1.
Shaggy and Sean Paul are set to lead the massive line-up, along with Toots & The Maytals, Fiji, Nesian Mystik and Sons of Zion.

The festival has enjoyed 13 years of success in New Zealand, and has decided to make the great leap over the ditch after four sell-out years in Tauranga.
MJR Presents Promotor Scott Mesiti says the Gold Coast can’t be beaten for a debut venue.
“We feel that Queensland audiences have a real affinity with Reggae and Roots music.
“Coupled with the stunning backdrop that Gold Coast provides; great weather, water views and a relaxed vibe, it was an obvious choice for us to hold the very first edition of One Love,” Mr Mesiti said.
Tickets go on sale on Wednesday September 11.
Headliner Sean Paul says he can’t think of a better reason to come back down under.
“Australia, it’s been far too long since I’ve had the chance to perform in your wonderful country.
“I can’t think of a better reason to get back down under, than to perform on the Gold Coast with a line-up stacked with amazing artists at One Love Festival 2020!”
