Set in an exclusive cul-de-sac, the property boasts a master bedroom on the top floor, state-of-the art kitchen, tranquil veranda, a look-out spot and a luxurious backyard.

It’s believed the couple is looking for something with a bit more room for their two daughters to grow and ride their ponies.
