Police investigating the suspicious death of Melbourne mother Karen Ristevski have released CCTV footage of a car they believe may hold vital clues.
The car, described as being a black Mercedes Benz SLK coupe, was last seen in the Diggers Rest area on Wednesday 29 June 2016, the same day the 47-year-old disappeared.
Police say the vehicle is similar to the one Ms Ristevski owned and are desperately appealing for anyone who saw the car in Diggers Rest or the surrounding areas that day to contact Crime Stoppers.

Karen was reported missing on the Thursday 30 June, 2016 after having last been seen at her Avondale Heights home on the morning of 29 June by her husband, Borce Ristevski.
Her body was located in bush land at Mount Macedon on Monday 20 February, 2017.
Detectives are now hoping the CCTV may jolt someone’s memory and help them identify the person driving the vehicle.
They have already spoken to a number of owners of vehicles similar to the Mercedes-Benz and drivers of other cars that were seen in the area around the same time.
