SHOCKING: Man dangles out of 15th floor window

This is the heart-stopping moment a Russian resident was left dangling out of a window to his own apartment.

Reports claim he was he was trying to clean his windows before toppling out on the 15th floor.

His trousers caught on a hook, it held his body weight for 30 minutes until his neighbour knocked down the door to the apartment and saved him.
