Shots fired in servo car park in Sydney’s south

Police in Sydney’s south are trying to figure out if anyone has been injured after several shots were fired in a car park in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to the service station car park on Frederick Street and Forest Road, Bexley, just before 3am, following reports of shots fired.

Initial inquiries suggest a group of males were involved in an argument when a second group of males, armed with firearms, started to shoot as they approached the first group.

It’s not known if anyone was injured during the incident.

Police have established a crime scene and forensic specialists are examining the area.

Anyone who witness the incident or who has any information are urged to contact detectives from Kogarah Police Station via Crime Stoppers.
